About Us

Meet Justin Reid, M.S., BCN-P

I’m Justin Reid, the founder of Neuro Rhythms. My work sits at the intersection of brain science and human experience — where the empirical understanding of physiology meets the lived stories, emotions, and rhythms that shape our lives.

I hold a Master of Science in Psychophysiology with a specialization in Optimal Performance and am Board Certified in Neurofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA).

Justin’s Story

My work in neurotherapy is not just professional — it’s deeply personal.

In 2021, I lost my wife in a tragic accident, a moment that reorganized every dimension of my life. In searching for help and stability, I discovered the profound ability of Neurotherapy to restore regulation, resilience, and presence in the nervous system.

Through this work, I experienced relief from my own movement disorder (essential tremor) and witnessed the nervous system’s remarkable capacity to adapt, reorganize, and heal through neuroplasticity.

This understanding became my purpose.

"I believe healing is rhythmic. Meaning is rhythmic. And the brain — when supported — naturally moves toward coherence."
